What to Expect

At Trillium, we tailor the menu to create a package that fits your taste buds and budget. There are many options to choose from, ranging from passed/butlered hors d'oeuvre, with or without stations and a sit-down dinner, to a buffet with varying degrees of choices (one entree, two entrees), specialty cakes and more. Your event planner will help you choose what is right for you.

 

As a guideline for your planning

Sit-down dinner entrees range from $16 to $32 per person, with salads and desserts from $2.50 and $4.50 per person, respectively.

Two-entree buffets with three sides (including a salad and two vegetables or grains) start at $21 per person.

 

Hors d'oeuvre-only parties are custom-tailored to meet your vision and start at $21 per person.

 

Sit down entrees for breakfast and lunch range from $6.75 to $8.25 and $8.50 to $9.75 per person, respectively.  Buffets for breakfast and lunch start at $5.25 and $9.75 per person, respectively.  Picnics and BBQ menus (including two entrees, two salads/sides, cornbread and biscuits, lemonade and iced tea) start at $14.00 per person.
 
A 20% gratuity and 6% Michigan sales tax are additional.
