Chef Lee began his love for food as a baker more than a decade ago. That love quickly grew into a deep passion for turning culinary talent into edible works of art.
Working with guests to create remarkable menus for their events, Chef Lee and his kitchen brigade take great care in preparation and presentation; consistency and dependability are a guarantee. He takes great pride in creating wedding and specialty event cakes for every occasion living by the motto: mixing flour and sugar into a work of art.
Trillium always strives to serve the very best, and Chef Lee and his kitchen staff support our philosophy of excellence and seasonality. While it is possible to get strawberries in January and pumpkins in June, there is nothing like an Ottawa County blueberry in July or sweet corn in August. Chef Lee keeps pace with culinary trends by attending classes at the Culinary Institute of Michigan and as a member of the American Culinary Federation.
