Trillium's commitment to the highest standards in all aspects of catering and hosting events includes a commitment to making our environment healthier. Policies and daily practices are in place to become greener in both the preparation for and execution of events.

- Working with local farmers for purchase of sustainable food products
- Using biodegradable cleaning agents
- Installing Energy Star rated equipment for new acquisitions
- Using biodegradable disposable goods whenever possible
- Keeping the facilities at optimized settings for heat and cooling when not in use
- Recycling of toner and ink cartridges
