At Trillium, there is no such thing as a set menu. Chef Lee Miracle’s repertoire is continually expanding to include food trends, highlight your event and take advantage of the season. Our food is both new and exciting, while remaining unmistakably familiar.
Our presentation is designed to showcase the food, and stationary buffets creatively arranged to look as delicious as they taste. Using fresh flowers, grasses, leaves, and decorative fabrics gives our stations a distinctive and inviting edge.
